Dear Members, 

It is with great honor and a deep sense of responsibility that I accept the role of Chairman of FBCG. This position is not only a privilege but also a commitment to preserving the remarkable legacy of the organization whilst steering it toward an era of increased impact and purpose.

Family businesses are the backbone of our economies and societies, deeply rooted in heritage while embracing the opportunities of the future. This dual commitment to legacy and progress is what makes our region's family enterprises uniquely positioned to drive growth, innovation, and sustainable impact.

As we move forward, the path ahead is one of transformation and possibility. From technological advancements to the global push for sustainability, we have a responsibility to evolve and demonstrate resilience. Together, with Vice Chairman Hassan Jameel, the Board, and our members, we will focus on advancing governance, nurturing next-generation leaders, and driving solutions that ensure resilience and growth across generations.

Our mission is not only to adapt to change but to shape it – championing collaboration, sustainability and excellence. Through dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and advocacy, FBCG will continue to be a trusted partner in ensuring that family businesses remain pillars of progress and leadership.
