Key driver of sustainability is the empowerment of the next generation as shareholders, managers and leaders of their family business, through multiple education programs.

FBCG’s educational activities are delivered through two channels, namely peer education and academic and mentorship initiatives.

The exchange of knowledge and experience among peers at FBCG events is what makes our peer education unique and one members value most. FBCG also offers academic, experiential and mentorship activities where programs are developed by leading global university partners and family business advisors. Both channels are demonstrated via scholarships and workshops hosted by FBCG, which provide an introduction to management frameworks, best-practices and toolkits related to family business management, from a regional and international perspective.

Next Generation Workshops: FBCG brings and co-develop courses covering topics highly relevant to GCC Family Business. The topics covered relate to various challenged the Next Generation face within their family businesses.
