Board Member, Alrajhi Group Holding
Dr. Ibrahim AlRajhi is a seasoned chairperson of boards, management executive, infrastructure investment expert and asset management professional who currently serves in number of conglomerates boards such as Al Rajhi Holding Group Co, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most diversified family offices. He sits as an executive board member or chairman of board in number of companies where his responsibilities vary from investments management, operations supervisory, deals development, representation and negotiation, and human resource development.
Under his leadership, number of key infrastructure and privitization transactions were achieved such as Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medinah and the Third Milling Company related to the Flour Mills Privatizations Program in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Al Rajhi holds various leadership positions that includes Chairman of Tibah Airports Development Co, Tibah Airports Operation Co, The Third Milling Company Co and Mada International Holding Co, in addition being a member of the board Al Ajyal Holding Co. Dr. Al Rajhi member of many non-profit organizations such as Al Rajhi Humanitarian foundation, Hessah Ibrahim Al Qubaisi Endowments and Hessah Ibrahim Al Qubaisi Education Scholarships.
In the past, Dr. Al Rajhi held the chairmanship of Arabian Cement Company (Public Joint Stock Company), General Enterprise Trading Co and Mabani Steel Co. and board roles at, ACWA Power Co, Al Arrab Contracting Co and Al-Watania Poultry Co.
Dr. Al Rajhi holds a PhD in Human Resources from London Metropolitan University (UK), MSc in Management from Hult International Business School
