Moza Al Futtaim is the Chief AI Officer at Al-Futtaim, a leading Dubai-based family business conglomerate. As the first in this role, she spearheads the group's AI strategy, driving innovation and transformation across its diverse portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Vice Chairman and CEO, Omar Al Futtaim, Moza focuses on leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experiences, and accelerate business growth. Her vision is to foster a culture of AI adoption and learning, ensuring it plays a central role in the Group's strategic development.
Previously, as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, Moza championed initiatives focused on social welfare and environmental sustainability, including disaster relief efforts, innovative CSR compliance programmes, and inclusive employment opportunities. Her contributions extended to key projects such as Blue Rewards and the strategic partnership with COP28, demonstrating her commitment to impactful initiatives. This experience, combined with her background at international law firms like Allen & Overy, provides a unique perspective to her current role.
Moza holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from SOAS University of London and a Master of Laws in International Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London
