The best chocolate in and for the world!
Pacari is an organic chocolate manufacturing company with sustainability in mind. A dynamic husband and wife team, Santiago Peralta and Carla Barbotó, started the company.
They believe that for Ecuadorian cacao, reputed as one of the best in the world, to become an important agribusiness in the country it was necessary to manufacture quality chocolate locally and sell the product internationally.
Today Pacari has become the trailblazer for Ecuadorian chocolate with quality organic chocolate that has received many international prizes. They have changed the way companies interact with the small cacao farmers by paying fair prices to farmers who have grown as small family businesses themselves. Every action they take in their business has respect for the environment, the local culture, and the community in mind.
Tasting fine chocolate is a multidimensional experience, guided by
Santiago Peralta, we will appreciate the different qualities and
flavors, discover their origin and learn about the process and
